Eric Richardson, P.E.
President, Professional Engineer
Eric is a graduate of Arkansas State University. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering, with emphasis in Civil Engineering in May 2005. Since June of 2000, Eric has worked in the civil engineering industry.
In addition to the successful projects designed with Richardson Engineering, Eric formerly served as Field Engineer with Peter Kiewit Construction then moved on to serve as Design Engineer on many large Civil Engineering projects with other local firms. These projects included Benton Utilities’ 10,000- linear foot Airlane Drive Gravity Sewer Project, multiple Benton Utilities’ major pump station and force main projects, City of Ward Wastewater Treatment Plant Design, and City of Shannon Hills Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction.

Tristin Phillips, P.E.
Professional Engineer / Project Manager
Tristin Phillips is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Tristin’s work experience includes municipal and private development, as well as ARDOT. He excels at civil 3d design, subdivision design, streets and drainage, as well as municipal utility design and construction oversite. Tristin’s attention to detail and field experience has proven to lend itself well to his design work. Tristin has been with our firm since May 2019.
Charlotte Crone
Office Manager / Project Coordinator
Charlotte Crone is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration Management degree. Charlotte serves as our Office Manager and Project Coordinator. She is the first point of contact with our firm and makes a great first impression on our clients. Her duties include office management and administrative responsibilities, as well as project coordination both within our office and with outside agencies and municipalities. Charlotte’s accounting and Human Resources background and attention to detail serves her well as she keeps our office on task. She has been with our firm since July 2021.
Dorsey Spears, E.I.
Engineering Intern
Dorsey Spears is a 2023 graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He currently assists with engineering tasks such as FEMA applications, concept drawings, and stormwater reporting. We are honored to have Dorsey as part of our team and look forward to watching him advance in his engineering career. Dorsey has been with our firm since May 2023.
Chase Blakley, E.I.
Engineering Intern
Chase Blakley is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is on track to graduate in May 2025. He has passed his Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. Chase’s work experience includes over 6 years of Construction Layouts and GPS Models. He also brings his discipline and determination as a United States Marines veteran. We are excited to be involved as Chase grows and advances in his career as an Engineer. Chase has been with our firm since June 2024.
Matt Nalley, PLS
Design Partner
Matt Nalley is a Professional Licensed Surveyor and has also established a reputation for himself as a well-known civil designer in the Central Arkansas area. Matt has over 25 years of survey, design, and construction experience. He works as a contractor and lead designer on many projects. He also builds many of the GPS models used by Contractors during construction of their projects. Matt has worked for many notable local firms including Nalco Construction and Sitetech.
Aaron Rasburry, PLS
Surveying Partner
Aaron Rasburry, PLS has been our surveying partner since 2014. Rasburry Surveying, LLC was established in February 2005. Aaron has over 20 years of surveying experience. He performs work for many large Arkansas Department of Transportation projects and offers a vast array of other surveying services. He also currently serves as the elected Saline County Surveyor. Aaron’s extensive survey experience makes him an asset to our design team.
