Civil Engineer E.I.

POSITION SUMMARY This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer E.I.T. located in Benton, AR. The role involves performing civil engineering design, drafting, and calculations, with a focus on municipal water, wastewater systems, stormwater management, and development projects. Tasks include preparing plans, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, ensuring project compliance with regulations, and supporting project planning and implementation.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, Civil Engineering principles, and stormwater management techniques

- Strong skills in project planning and implementation

- Knowledge of municipal water and wastewater systems

- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively

- Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) certification required

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools is a plus

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Working Conditions

- Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required for special events or project deadlines.
