Eric Richardson, P.E.
President, Professional Engineer
Eric is a graduate of Arkansas State University. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering, with emphasis in Civil Engineering in May 2005. Since June of 2000, Eric has worked in the civil engineering industry.
In addition to the successful projects designed with Richardson Engineering, Eric formerly served as Field Engineer with Peter Kiewit Construction then moved on to serve as Design Engineer on many large Civil Engineering projects with other local firms. These projects included Benton Utilities’ 10,000- linear foot Airlane Drive Gravity Sewer Project, multiple Benton Utilities’ major pump station and force main projects, City of Ward Wastewater Treatment Plant Design, and City of Shannon Hills Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction.

Tristin Phillips, P.E.
Professional Engineer / Project Manager
Tristin Phillips is the Project Manager of our engineering team. Tristin is a graduate of Arkansas State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in May 2019. He brings a diverse range of experience from both municipal and private development projects, as well as time spent working with ARDOT.
Tristin excels in Civil 3D design, with expertise in subdivision planning, street and drainage design, and municipal utility systems. His strong field experience and keen attention to detail enhance every phase of his design work, from concept to construction oversight.
Since joining our firm in May 2019, Tristin has been a reliable and skilled engineer, and we’re proud to have him on the team.

Charlotte Crone is our dedicated Office Manager and Project Coordinator. A graduate of the University of Arkansas in August 2021, Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Since joining our firm in July 2021, she has played an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
She is the first point of contact for many of our clients—and she always makes a fantastic first impression. Her day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing office management, handling key administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless project coordination both internally and with external agencies and municipalities.
With over 20 years of office experience, a strong background in accounting and Human Resources, and a sharp eye for detail, Charlotte helps keep our team organized, efficient, and on track. We’re proud to have her as a cornerstone of our firm.
Matt Nalley, PLS: CMN & Associates, LLC
Design Partner
Matt Nalley is a Professional Licensed Surveyor and has also established a reputation for himself as a well-known civil designer in the Central Arkansas area. Matt has over 30 years of survey, design, and construction experience. He works as a contractor and lead designer on many projects. He also builds many of the GPS models used by Contractors during construction of their projects. Matt has worked for many notable local firms including Nalco Construction and Sitetech.
