Municipal

Our experience includes municipal water and wastewater design, including waterline construction and plant/tank design, sanitary sewer pump stations, gravity sewer mains, treatment plants, and Infiltration/Inflow (I&I) studies, subdivisions, commercial sites, and many other civil engineering and land development projects.

We offer a full scope of services from conception through final construction, including Planning, Surveying, Design, Contractor Procurement and Bid Letting, as well as Construction Management Services for Municipal water/wastewater projects as well as private and commercial developments. City of Bryant: Cambridge Drainage Improvement Project

The City of Bryant Cambridge Drainage Improvement Project consisted of 146 linear feet 51” x 31” RCAP, 516 LF of 58” x 36” RCAP, storm drain boxes, demolition of and existing storm drain system, and related repairs.

City of Haskell: Water Line Improvements Project

The City of Haskell’s Water Line Improvement project. The project consists of 11,514 linear feet of 8” water main, 850 linear feet of 6” water main and tie ins, and related appurtenances. The project also consisted of a Railroad Bore coordinating with Union Pacific Railroad.

Benton Utilities: Waterline Improvement Project

The Benton Utilities’ Waterline Improvements included three schedules of work totaling $540,150.00 in construction costs. The project included 8,140 linear feet of waterline replacement within the City of Benton. Also included were 13 fire hydrants, 158 service re-connections, street bores, waterline taps, and other appurtenances. This project was critical in replacing areas of Benton Utilities’ older infrastructure in need of upgrades.

WWTP Study/Corrective Action Plans

We have worked with the City of Haskell as well as other entities to provide assistance in investigating wastewater treatment plant operations and providing solutions to help mitigate permit violations. We were proud to see that following implementation of recommended improvements many facilities have come back into compliance with their permitted discharge limits. We’re glad to offer the service to provide corrective action plans for authoritative agencies on our clients’ behalf and offering solutions to help them back within permitted water quality limits.

Riverside Pump Station/Force Main and Creek Crossing

Riverside Grocery near the Benton City Limits is in an environmentally sensitive area between Taylor Creek and the North Fork of the Saline River. Our staff designed the pump station, force-main, highway and creek crossings for this project. We also coordinated with the City, obtained the ADEQ and Corps of Engineers permits needed for construction.

Commercial

From conception to City planning and permitting, design, and construction, we offer a full scope of engineering services to our clients. The Civil design plans included Site Plan, Grading Plan, Utility Plans as well as Erosion Control and Storm Water Prevention and Pollution Plans.

Residential

We have designed numerous subdivisions throughout Arkansas. This includes preparing site plans that detail grading, drainage and roadway design, lot layout and infrastructure.
